This small cafe is across from Kensington Palace, The former residence of the late Princess who frequented this cafe often. Lindybird even spotted her autograph on the door of the ladies’ room. The walls are covered with her images. The food is middle eastern. featured in Tables and Chairs

My first impression of London was a rather fancy one :) – Everywhere we went on our first night…we saw lovely people dressed up in their finest tops and tails. The Museum of Natural History was swarming with tuxedos… as was this fine building…Royal Albert Hall – Not sure what was showing there that evening but it must have been special :).
This is what an American sees when trying to cross the street in London…nothing but on-coming traffic! – Yes…I’ll admit it – I found it very difficult to get used to the cars moving on the opposite side of the road…was often looking the wrong way….and as you can see…had a few close calls
