    by Keegan Wong

The Petronas Twin Towers. / / HDR mode. No matter what angle, what lens, what camera body you use to capture this magnificent building, you will never capture its sheer size and beauty. • Overcast Perth
    by Keegan Wong

    US$3.42–US$91.20

As we patiently awaited for the highly anticipated Australia Day 2007 fireworks, we were greeted by a rather unpleasant overcast and patchy sky, many thanks to the soaring 40C heat. Great sweat workout though. MORE WORKS FROM MY PORTFOLIO /

  • The Golden Sickle
    by Keegan Wong

    US$3.42–US$91.20

Dedicated to the farmers facing the drought in Western Australia. NOTE: This is one of the few publications which I have not placed a border around it, just so card-buyers can get the choice of having a white or black background. Personally I’d go with the white =) MORE WORKS FROM MY PORTFOLIO /

  • Home Sweet Home
    by Keegan Wong

    US$3.42–US$91.20

Home Sweet Home. The Blue Boathouse, Mounts Bay Road, Perth. Western Australia. I’ve finally dragged my lazy feet to the Blue Boathouse down at Mounts Bay Road, Perth. Despite being a 20 minute drive by the freeway, I never seem to allocate the right time to visit this magnificient icon. It’s possibly one of the most photographed building in Western Australia, and I cannot object it anyway if it was. edits: Realigned, adjusted contrast/brightness. • Buddha's Blessing
    by Keegan Wong

    US$3.42–US$91.20

The Tian Tan Buddha appears serene and dignified. His right hand is raised, representing the removal of affliction. His left hand rests on his lap in a gesture of giving (dhana). The Buddha faces north which is unique among the great Buddha statues. (All others face South.) I’m not a very religious person, but I need to know where my religious background stands in my family. This place was definitely the eye opener. How do they even carry all the 250 tonne bronze to make a 34 metre high statue up there?! A remarkable achievement. MORE WORKS FROM MY PORTFOLIO / - – - / Shot specifications: / Camera body – Canon EOS 350D / Lens – Sigma 10-20mm HSM DC / Shutter speed – 1/100 / ISO – 100 / Focal length – 10 / f-stop – f/10 Wow alot of 10s.

It’s also your one stop destination to all Asian cuisines from the authentic Hong Kong-style Dim Sum right to Pizza Hut pizzas ($AUD25 each!) Hong Kong-style! I wished I took this shot from dead centre. And this was only half the street! I’d still think its impossible to take a shot from one end to the other though, even if you tried. Captured on 1 January 2008, Mongkok, Kowloon. Hong Kong, China.

  • The Belltower
    by Keegan Wong

    US$3.42–US$91.20

When the weight of the 12 bells of London’s St Martin’s in the Fields became too heavy for the aging structure of the church it was decided to replace them with a lighter peal. These bells, first cast in the 14th century, together with with 6 more cast especially to add to them, were presented to the City of Perth as a gift to mark Australia’s Bi-centenerary. What to do with them became the next question. After many years, and much debate, a bell tower was commissioned to be placed by the Swan River. The finished tower, with its copper sails reminiscent of the yachts that sail here ( and the passion for yachting of the Premier of the time) and needle-like spire of green glass, allows the bells to be rung from a single platform -something they could never do in their old home in London. / / Taken using a Canon 350D, Sigma EX DC HSM 10-20mm, f/10 @ 25 seconds exposure, ISO 200. / / MORE WORKS FROM MY PORTFOLIO /

  • The Path Ahead
    by Keegan Wong

    US$3.42–US$91.20

Go on…take the step…don’t be afraid of what lies ahead. Shot in The Gap, Albany. Western Australia. NOTE: I know how annoying my framing can be, as well as my signature on the picture. So I’ve decided to remove them from now on. The rest of my artwork will follow suit when time permits. Sigh Pharmacy Exams are killing me. MORE WORKS FROM MY PORTFOLIO /

  • The Hong Kong High
    by Keegan Wong

    US$3.56–US$95.00

  • Early Risers
    by Keegan Wong

    US$3.56–US$95.00

It was around 5.30am when we caught the train at Boon Lay Station in Singapore. We were on our way to catch our scheduled 6 hour bus trip from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur. / / But even at that time you see people napping on the train, presumably to get to work at around 6am. Working to make a living in Singapore is not easy. I sometimes count myself so lucky. / - – - / Taken with a Canon 350D, Sigma 10-20mm and a cheap tripod on f/10 aperture and around 1.3 second long exposure @ ISO100. / / MORE WORKS FROM MY PORTFOLIO /

  • Escalators and Travelators
    by Keegan Wong

    US$3.56–US$95.00

Moving from one place to another has never been so easy, thanks to the invention of the ‘moving stairs’. / / The funniest thing about this shot was the fact that a surveillance camera was staring RIGHT AT ME, and I didn’t know it until I brightened my image in RAW. Those who have visited Singapore International Airport can most likely recall soldiers with automatic rifles patrolling the terminal. I pooped my pants when i saw the size of those M16s. / - – - / Taken in Singapore International Airport Terminal 1 @ 4am. Yes it was too early, but I heart symmetry art.. / / MORE WORKS FROM MY PORTFOLIO /
