Some may recognize the Kanji: This is one that I had placed on the wall of my training room- to empashise balance. One learned of harming technique- then learned of healing… both are part of self defence.
Because of the different techniques I was trying to develope in digital manipulation and the constantly research of more compelling subjects, most of the artwork’s features that set up as a whole the Ki So Ten Gai series, were continuously changing. Therefore in some cases I chose a different title from that of the series. In some photos I tried to apply the Orton effect but I found it limitating. I had to achieve a more pictorial look. I had to create images that were an hybridization between photography and painting. For this image I made use of a photo depicting a Forsizia plant. / The literal meaning of haru is spring, springtime.

Eternity / Some concepts are difficult to grasp. / Eternity is probably one of them. Since everything we can see, including our lifes themselves have an end. What will eternity really mean?
