  • Daemeyn - Toxic
    by Kaiya Knox

Holy fuck. No way. God, please no. I’ll do anyth— / / “Like, ohmygod! It is you!” / / She came out of nowhere. I turned just in tim…

Something I started, never finished, but found amusing for the moment. Daemeyn is certainly one of my favorite characters, but a story plot hasn’t really come to me completely. So…this is what there is of him.

  • Nicoletta - Dreaming and Sleepwalking
    by Kaiya Knox

Nicoletta reached out to him, scared more for his life than her own. She knew what she’d done, what was irreversible, yet she still wante…

[sighs] I love this plot. I created Nic for an advanced roleplay site, but the site sort of…died. Making a story out of her would be fascinating, though. A work in progress?

  • Ryen - Two Choices
    by Kaiya Knox

I’ve got two choices. Aren’t there always choices? Shush, you. Anyways, two choi— Well…wouldn’t it be three? Shut the …

Okay. Ryen is seriously one of the funniest voices to have inside your head because, well, having a character in your head that has a voice in his head is…damn amusing. Like Daemeyn, not a plotted character yet, though.

  • Nicoletta - Dare
    by Kaiya Knox

Not one to disappoint, Nicoletta-who only allowed Jamie to call her Colie-leaned forward even further and whispered for dramatic effect…

I wrote this as sort of like a prologue, if I were to ever write a book on Nicoletta. I would obviously make this longer, add more to it. This is a fairly old piece of work, anyhow.

    by Kaiya Knox

I really feel that we must all turn to ourselves before anything else. To please others, you must please yourself. It’s a hard lesson to learn, but one that is very rewarding in the long run.

    by Kaiya Knox

“Name?” I stared at the balding man with a blank expression. He already knew my name. “What is your name?” Rolling my eyes and t…

This is bound to be edited/revised/etc. many, many times. But this is what it is so far! (: I’m currently working on “Ch. Two”. • Falling
    by Kaiya Knox

I guess it’s safe to say / that I’m / losing / my / grip. My palms are getting slick, / my fingers slipping. It’s taking so long for / my…

I based this off of a journal entry of mine from almost a year ago. The entry was about something entirely different than what I relate this poem to, though. “I guess it’s safe to say that I’m losing my grip. My palms are sweaty, my fingers slipping. It won’t be long before my feet hit the ground. I’m falling, ever so slowly, finding it hard to breathe with this sudden lack of oxygen. My clothes are fluttering around my body, even though there’s no rush of air to move them. When will this torturous drop end?“ / FEATURED AT Exceptional Ekphrasis (Feb. 2009)

  • A good friend of mine who, obviously, smokes and gets a tad shocked when the flame of his flickers higher than usual. Model: Charlie / Location: Trixie’s Coffee / Camera: Phone Fire and Ice by Robert Frost Some say the world will end in fire, / Some say in ice. / From what I’ve tasted of desire / I hold with those who favor fire. / But if it had to perish twice, / I think I know enough of hate / To say that for destruction ice / Is also great / And would suffice.

  • My best friend who fell asleep while writing something for me. Model: Grace (RB Account) / Location: Home / Camera: Phone Sleep, Oh Blessed Sleep by Susan Alldred Lugton Sleep oh blessed sleep, / the place where I can dream, / of all that I do need / my energy to keep. Sleep oh blessed sleep, / The place of future hope, / in places far away, / and love for me to keep. Sleep oh blessed sleep / Lull me with your content, / Keep me ever safe my / souls sanity to keep. Sleep oh blessed sleep, / Let me emerge at morn, / With clearer thought and mind, / with no more need to weep.
