Junction Falls is located in South Lawson Park which is the town I grew up in (Blue Mountains).
Pretty self explanatory really… / Bondi Junction Train station from an ants pov! :)
This design was inspired by listening to my old tapes from school days. “Annie Get Your Gun” was a single released by the New Wave band Squeeze in 1982.
sitting in the train going into town and at one of the stations on route another train pulled up right beside me…... lucky I had my little russian lomo in my bag…..... best little failed spy camera in the whole world…... it’s so tiny it will sit in your top pocket and barely make a bulge…... and it takes 35 mm film which is one of my favourite methods of capture in the whole world….. ahhh film and failed spy camera’s…...:)

On a junction of life In road of life, there are junctions to cross. / There are more then few ways to reach a point in your LIFE… That’s why each life is different. / Two people may see a different way to reach that same point, that’s why perhaps their way is not mutual. / Of course, there are so many points in your life… some you’ll reach others, maybe you’ll not. / You’ll reach only those points that were meant to be YOUR POINTS. / To fulfill the MISSION OF YOUR LIFE. / Each one of us, has his/her own personal point of view of how to reach a point, or whether at all to do so… / Whether it’s the ability to understand the point, or knowing how to deal with it. / It is ONLY YOUR WAY.. Your life… Perhaps you sEE a point someone else will not sEE… Perhaps someone else sEEs a point you don’t yet… or maybe will never see. Some people has excellent sense of direction, others may not has that same sense… / Some people’s way, is very clear .. others, are slower…... Can someone else show you, your way ?... perhaps you can ask for advice, but it is ONLY YOU, who know best for yourself. LET MY WAY, BE MY OWN WAY… BE VERY CLEAR, EASY AND ENJOYABLE… EACH MINUTE OF THE WAY… WITHOUT NO HESITATIONS, BUT WITH CONFIDENCE. / Let the LIGHT OF GUIDANCE, show us the way, to reach the RIGHT PLACE, at the RIGHT TIME. / LET MY LIFE FLOW TO THE RIGHT DIRECTION, BECAUSE I KNOW FOR MYSELF, WHAT’S RIGHT FOR ME… / IT IS MY LIFE… MY WAY.. I DO IT THE ONLY WAY, I KNOW… Thanks for viewing and commenting… / Copyrights© Nira Dabush
This section of the River is hidden between Interstate 84 and the Historic Union Pacific Railroad. One does not think about recreational possibilities except maybe fishing because the river itself is nestled in the wooded canyon bottom. Don’t be fooled by what you can’t see, there is plenty of beauty and excitement.

This is Junction Falls, near sleepy old Lawson, Blue mountains, New South Wales, Australia. / It had been raining a lot lately so I thought I would have a look at the falls. The creek was clean and the vegetation looked good. Skies were overcast, and even. I shot this with a 20D and a 19mm wide, (EFL 30mm). A test shot (in TV) showed that a one sec’ shutter was perfect for the water flow. From here I set the depth of field. At f13, I read ISO 400. I used this reference point to bracket 5 shots and compiled them as an HDR. Slight adjustment to contrast in Photochop and slight desaturation to ‘normalise’ the image. This Fallow Deer will be the first shot in a new wildlife series I will be uploading which I took last weekend in the British Wildlife Centre. The centre is just ten minutes away from the M25 motorway, junction 6 in Newchapel on the A22 Eastbourne Road in Surrey. This pretty lady looked as though she was playing Hide & Seek with us hiding behind a few blades of grass. We weren’t daft though, we could see her. LOL I hope you like the photo and thank you so much for viewing my work, please call back again soon. I bet any males looking are now quite disappointed that there isn’t a babe here for them to look at? LOL This is my second shot from the British Wildlife Centre. The centre is just ten minutes away from the M25 motorway, junction 6 in Newchapel on the A22 Eastbourne Road in Surrey. This beautiful Red Fox kept looking at me then turning away then back to me again as if asking; “Have you got the shot yet? ” And when I had the one I wanted she trotted off. The Red Fox is one of my favourite animals and I know they steal from farmers and are shot if caught and were hunted by dogs and people on horseback with nothing better to do but rip the poor creature to pieces but they are just so beautiful, look at her face, how could you hurt one of God’s wonderful creatures as beautiful as she is? I hope you like the photo and thank you so much for viewing my work, please call back again soon. In the first week of September 2008, we were driving back down the Alaska Highway from Haines Junction to Whitehorse, capital of the Yukon. The clouds were rolling in when I stopped to take some reflection shots across the surface of a small lake, when I heard an unusual sound. My guide, Margaret Goodwin of Yukon Tourism, immediately told me that it was the sound of elk. So we waited until they broke cover and I shot two dozen frames very quickly. I had two cameras around my neck, a Pentax K100D with my 18-125mm lens and a Pentax K100D with my 70-300mm lens. Naturally I chose the longer of the two lenses. But here’s the problem … shooting images of wildlife comes with the unstated truth that just because you’re pointing your camera at a magnificent beast in its natural surroundings, it does not follow that the animal will actually look in your direction. And that can be a major problem! So, yes, I have a few shots of rumps and spines and assorted racks. And just as I was starting to grit my teeth while the herd departed back into the trees, the leader of the herd gave me a fleeting, imperious look. That’s when I hit the trigger on this frame. I do not crop, enhance or post-edit my images in any way. Shot with a Pentax K200D, using a Sigma 70-300mm lens. F5.6, 1/90 sec, ISO 400, focal length 300mm. Canada08Elk-01September-8508
