At one with the forest, she slowly becomes a part of it, the creatures around her, accepting, willing her presence. She is beauty, she is the earth, the Lady of the forest Large view recommended A collaboration with the very talented Kellie Cranmer, who is the beautiful model and main focus of Lady of the Forest. Model – the stunningly beautiful kcranmerart / / This work was inspired by the wonderful digital painting work of Jussi Lehtineimi After seeing one of this artists digital paintings, I just knew I had to try and crate a photomontage version of it, making some changes to it as well to make it my own. / / Background created with stock images from sxc.hu Thank you to some extremely talented photographers Main Forest by Mailsparky / Fox by Joel Terrell / Tree and bank by Sarah Moses / Dragonfly by hopallong / Mossy Forest Floor by Stephanie L / Fungi by Constantin Jurcut / Squirrel – awaiting photographer approval before providing link [permission for use granted]. / / All clover, flowers, lighting, shadows and grasses created with Photoshop tools. / / I absolutely love how this piece turned out. Title thanks to my husband… I was stumped and when I asked my husband for a suggestion for the title he said the daisies were natures beauty and shone amongst a gloomy winters day, which to him is the essence of winter. By request, one of my most viewed [and bought] images – Midnight Sleeper, has now been recreated large enough for Wall Art. The first and slightly different version [below] is only available as a card. / / / / The lion used in this shot is a Barbary Lion, and is completely extinct in the wild – there are only about 60 left in captivity in the world. the photograph was taken at Port Lympne, Kent, UK. / / Thanks for looking and hope you like it. / Since posting this image, Vanesse contacted me to explain how much this image has moved her. She has kindly allowed me to use her written work Until We Meet Again to accompany this work. / / Until We Meet Again… Dad… No one in this entire world could ever take your place. / Inside my heart, my mind, my soul, I see your handsome face. I never got the chance to thank you, for always being there for me. / Even through the hard times you gave me love abundantly. I felt your love tremendously, in even the little things you’d do. / I treasure every single moment that I ever shared with you. Suddenly our time together became sweet memories of the past. / Those memories I will treasure each day… Until we meet again at last!!! Written “With All My Love” / By: Vanesse Cathleen

This is a collaboration between the very talented photographer ECGardner and myself. Erin kindly allowed me to use the shots of the butterflies, which are wild female pipevine swallowtails, and I combined them with a shot of some grass that I photographed in the rain. I used photoshop to merge the images and to add some ambience lighting. Hope you like it – Thanks for looking.

Quite a while ago, a lovely and passionate woman, a wondeful writer [yet not many know this] – wrote a story and asked me my opinion of it. Immediately, after reading it, and wiping the tears from my eyes [no, not kidding], I felt totally inspired to create. We both agreed that I should create my vision image from her story, and it has taken a long time to get there. / / The image vision was instant, but getting it onto a digital image the way I wanted it to look, meant I had to learn certain things. 3D rendering for one [I have practised that on other, previous images], I had to get my merging flawless, and of course, I had to go get the shots I needed as well, and then I could start the work. / / Then this pain in my hands started up, which slowed the process down even further, but today – I managed to finish the piece, and send a preview to the beautiful writer – she approves, and wants it posted too – so here we go. / / If you have not read this story – Please, go and read it before you have a good look at this image. It will let you see this image for what it is, you will see things in it after reading the story, that you probably won’t see if you just look at the image on its own. / / The Story is called The Greatest Gift / / and was written by the very talented ECGardner / / Enjoy it!, Its worth it I promise. / / Hope you like what Erin and I created together here. / / Main background image was taken on a Welsh Redbubble meet at Kenfig Pool in May 2008 / / I have been inspired by many works, and many artists, and have done tons of collaborations, but nothing has ever inspired me such as Erin’s story did

While I was takiing sunset shots from Castlehead viewpoint in Keswick last Summer, this guy was also taking some shots, he was sat there and i thought he would be a nice addition to the shot.. / Shot at castlehead viewpoint in Keswick overlooking Derwentwater and the Cumbrian fells in the distance.. / shot with Nikon D70s and 18-70mm lens.. /
here in townsend like any other place in the US of A, we celebrated the fourth of july with fireworks. / This fireworks show was actually done in a small community that is within the town, area called Big Valley. / Our town fireworks were done on friday night on the fourth, and they had their’s the next night. / I shot this using the “bulb” setting, which i have realized it’s something I need to practice on. It takes just the right timing to get all the light you can and then release the button just as the fireworks explode. there is alittle trial and error for using this method of shooting, especially when what you’re shooting is constantly changing / best if viewed larger :) Shot this in Manual Mode / using bulb setting / Focal length at 17mm / ISO of 1600 / Exposure time at 7 sec / Ev at 0 / F-stop at F11

Skies alight with burning fire / Smouldering with clouds of grey / Flashing yellows, to admire / Blinding light in dancing play / To what power can compare / This awesome sight that we behold / What could make a person stare / And make a story here unfold / A feline, such a stunning beast / Who’s beauty cannot be denied / Such beauty for thine eyes to feast / Of shimmered gold and blackened hide / The leopard proudly takes her stance / They say her spots cannot be changed / And while she makes her perfect dance / To want to would just be deranged / By Julie Langford . Julie Langford whom we all know and love here at RedBubble, approached me when I posted the original Poser excited at doing a collaboration where she would apply a sunset to the image. I accepted, and needless to say the result is stunning as you see before you! But then, Julie asked if I would like her to write some prose to accompany the piece when I posted it, and again I accepted. The poem is also hers, and I must say she has made me proud! We hope you all enjoy this collaboration or as I like to call it a “Coolaboration”!
