How much unconditional love can one person receive. :) Notice how Jordy just can’t get close enough to me and gets right up and snuggles on my back … and Fudge ….. how bloody long can you play with the ball mate!! Don’t you ever get tired!! I AM! ;) LOL

If Only Tonight We Could Sleep ....... forever.

My little Jordy man has Cancer again. :( I am at a point right now where I am very lost. Anyone that knows me well enough, will understand the bond I have with my Three Boys … but especially so with Jordy … my little Alien. When Jordy was about 4 years old, he got skin cancer in his ears. Something a lot of animals with white fur get. Luckily Kim and I got him to the Vet before it had a chance to spread and they cut it out. Since then, Jordy has been my no ears little Alien. The Ironic thing is that when Kim brought him home as a Present … I said he was the ugliest cat I had ever seen …. he is now the most beautiful thing I have had in my life. The vet has told me without Chemo, he probably has about 3 months to live … but that is with pain. :( I can’t afford the Chemo for him sadly. :( And even with the Chemo, the cancer is too far spread … it won’t cure him this time … just prolong his life. With a heavy heart I now need to make a decision on timing :( At some time soon I need to figure out that Jordy is suffering and allow him to be free of that, so he can forever watch over me. This will be one of the hardest things I will have done. I am going to share the next few months here …. some of this may not be nice, but it will help me too. I am going to miss …. this gorgeous Monkey on My Back so much!!!

VBS Well … it’s been a little over two weeks since the Operation and Jordy is doing so well :) He had his stitches out on Wednesday and today I let him go outside for the first time. He came back in shortly later by himself and is now snuggled up on the chair beside me :) :) He may look strange to a lot of people … especially seeing he had his ears removed years ago to the same cancer. But to be honest with you … I actually still think he is one of the most handsome cats I have ever seen even more so with only one eye!!! :) :) Don’t forget that I will be using all the profits from the sale of my Work for the Jordy Fund until that is paid in Full. SO if you want to get behind that and support Jordy please buy my work and let me know you would like your name added to the Jordy Fund :) :) Thank you all so much for the help, love and support for this so far :) We made a difference :) :) Together :)

Well … a quick update on my sweet little Jordy man :) :) He is doing exceptionally well as you can see in this photo I took of him yesterday :) :) His fur is slowly growing back over the scar tissue now and he is starting once again to look as handsome as ever :) :) I cannot begin to explain how happy and lucky I feel … and how appreciative I am for all the LOVE that has flowed from those of you that have supported Jordy and I by buying my work and those profits going towards the Jordy Fund :) :) I will be posting some photos on my blog also in the next few days … so keep and eye (no pun intended LOL) on that as well :) :) Thank you all so very much from the bottoms of our Puuuuuuurring hearts :) :) {{{{{{{{{{{{{{HUG}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}
