During his life he spoke of peace, love, kindness, questionable hygiene, killer sideburns, a joint for every citizen, and to never eat red meat. The irony is that after death he craves only the flesh of man…though his hygiene is pretty much the same as it always was. He’s the Hell bound Hippie and he’s coming to get you! (Very slowly of course…you know, because he’s high.)

A Painting by : Shree / A Poetic life given by : Linaji Well this is a moment of a recently married woman waiting desperately for her husband who has still not returned after whole days work, its her first few days after her marriage being in her new joint family house standing behind behind the door keep an eye on the lonely road as its too late for her husband to come and all sorts of thoughts come accross her mind good & bad both. I specifically wanted to show their love, bond, respect, intimacy, curiocity, closeness, affection, feeling of insecurity, fear and a sense of worriedness, impatience and all sorts of mixed thoughts going on specially in her mind as she desperately wants her husband to return back to home soon as its already too late and as she is quite hungry but as a indian wife she wont take her dinner alone without the husband, and there is no sign of her husband anywhere as far as she can see….hence goes the title….” Where is he…??” / WHERE IS HE…??? Where is he? / My mother told me this would happen, / I would one day look out that door, / I would wonder and through my heart / Would ask, / What is this life I lead for? I never knew when we met / Only two times did I see / The man I now am married to / The man I now wish to be… Here, with me! / In my arms again! / I never knew such tender words, / I never knew a smile so beholding / A smile that I feel is assured That I as his wife can be / More each day than a silly girl / That I can be more than a mother / To our wonderful boy and girl A rock, a tear of compassion / A steadfast partner in the world / I wait by the door and I wonder / What am I in his life for? I look to my heart and I listen well / I look to my parents too / I hear the beat of a life that’s complete / I hear the fears of a fool. But lo, I hear the sound of his footsteps, / I hear that sweet song that rings in his voice, / I smile at the moment I will be in his Arms / And I know that my fate is my choice, So I welcome my King / And I act as his Queen, / I tell him all about my day, / His smiles all the while / And his arms out-stretched / Is his style / And I know I am in heaven / Today, / And I know this is love that will / stay. A Painting by : Shree / Poetic excellence by : Ushna Sardar / / The surface of a mass of water / and image on a shiny surface / fantastic farce.. / reflection on water / dream were breathing on the surface / the leaves floated on the water / like fantastic faces were reflected in the mirror / face could see their reflection in the water.— / The air was so still that there was hardly a ripple on the water’s surface / that moment whispered, / if your eyes twinkle, you have a bright expression because you are happy or excited.— / their eyes twinkled with merriment / the twinkle of stars / a faint glow / a faint smile Time caught the glimmer of a smile in their eyes / like in the dark / the twinkle of the moon lights in the distance / the eyes were had a vivid dream / That time was an absolute dream / waiting desperately together for their dream lover / the fact of staying where they were / two faces one dream / one dream two eyes / two eyes and endless hope / endless hope and two hearts / two twin sisters / with the same desires / they two felt an overwhelming desire to return dream land.— / Life is full of coincidences / the man of desire came into that silent land / and there was thousand of ripples on the surface of hearts / they two felt a surge of love and desire for him / both hearts were full of love for him / they both were full of admiration for the guy they had met / two hearts whispered / breathing each breath for him…. / Each breath they take, they take for him / two faces one desire / one desire and two desperate hearts / With an old love letter / they desperately wanted a guy of their dreams / But sometimes they feel like they are dying / Cold and shaking, holding on… / Waiting for him / to pick one of two / heart were fighting a desperate battle to have the little dream of love / dream has any sound when it breaks? / heart has any sound? / The moment of decision had arrived / the power of decision remained with the desire / he finally reached a decision / The final decision / the final battle of love / many people choose not to love / / Two fantastic faces.. he had to choose between love or desire / and he only chose one / it seems, he chose to go by heart / he stole one heart quietly and other left / they seem made for each other, don’t they? / the dreams were broken and no voice / the heart was broken and no sound / The wind rippled the dark in the heart’s field Two fantastic faces.. one sank back into dark / just sat there, sunk in thought / one face was happy / another was into dark / reflection on the surface of water was drowned / to go down into another substance through the surface / the rain sank into the dry ground— / The little boat of love sank beneath the waves / with an old love latter / broken heart / Her voice shook with emotion / she gazed pensively out of the window / with empty eyes / cold and shaking…

Friends wanted to share with you all that just now we have finished working on our joint colloboration art project of my new experemental painting titled ” Sharing Thoughts ” which was given life by one of the very few artist on RB who is not only tallented at art but when it comes to writting she is ocean of thoughts and verbal pump where words and lines emerge like we take breath…so much depth and so much creative verson of my painted moment that i salute her for her inborn poetic tallents and it will defenately give a meaningful verson with her golden touch to my “Sharing Thoughts” / I am once again oblidge and grateful for all her help, support and kind consideration to spare time, talent and give life to my painting. It was indeed an experience to share a space with such high level skilled artist for which i will ever cherish her kind support and wish her all the good times ahead. Good Bless.. / Shree.

Hello fellow bubblers! I’m getting rather excited at the thought of doing a callaborative art piece. I think when two people’s creative energies get together, it can spark a whole load more creativity so I’d like to try this out by painting one of your personally favourite photos. As you will see in my portfolio, I love nature, wildlife and flowers, but I’m completely open to suggestions for this piece (artistic talents willing!). The MOST important thing, is that it is one of YOUR favourite photos/digital artwork. This is because I’m hoping to feel some of the energy and connection you have with that particular piece. I’m not looking for your most popular work by other’s standards unless those standards mirror your own. I’d have to say at this stage, no portraits or people, apart from sillouettes as I’m not experienced in this category. I’d be so happy to hear back from anyone who wants to get involved. Please bubblemail me preferably with a link to your suggested artwork, but most importantly, a brief outline as to why that particular work is your favourite… I will talk in more detail about this via bubblemail for those intested in participating. If the first one is a sucess, I may do many more of these, so all of your suggestions will be considered for the future also. I’m not going to put a timescale on this as I don’t know how many people are going to be interested yet. Also, once I have chosen which work I’m going to paint, I will want to do so when the time is right. This could well be straight away, but otherwise, your patience will be appreciated! The acrylic painting will be on either box, or stretched canvas depending on its suitability to the photographic image. The final painting will be on sale exclusively at redbubble as a limited edition print of 50. greetings cards will not be limited. The original painting will also be up for sale privately.
