You know i love colors and people but i also love all the jewelry these beautifull people wear, Rajahstan, India
This is the traditional bracelets the Bishnoi women still wear today. I love the simplicity of it, they are quite heavy, i tryed a couple myself. These days you can buy ‘fake’ aluminium ones in the shops, of bad quality and they cut into your legs when you wear them. Rajahstan, India
These are a mix of beads i’ve made and wooden beads, i thought the colours were so pretty!!!
I wanted to show the original of this photo too, because i love the pink sari, rajahstan, India
Just beautifull ,it’s art by itself, Bishnoi, Rajahstan, India

What a combination, I think this is VERY beautifull, Bishnoi, Rajahstan, India
This women really took my attention ,there was something about her, something raw and strong and fierce, she’s proberbly my most popular person i took photos of this time in India. Bishnoi, Rajahstan.
Another angle of contrasting light and reflection. “Love is what makes the world go round” and it couldn’t be more true. whether it’s the love for a child, mother, father, brother, sister or even a partner it’s what makes you who you are. Love lifts the spirit and creates something new in everyone whether it’s passion or inspiration. I think the love of my parents and family aside allows me to find true passion in mother nature and brings out my passion of photography and landscape.
What a great spot to hide your house key, Rajahstani women, India

The ring was a gift, the piece of natural silver in rock was a prize… people have suggested I should melt the silver down to make an item of jewelery… but for me I prefer the natural element of the silver in the rock.

(No 2 in UK Shopfront Series) / Shambles (also known as ‘The Shambles’) is a bustling centre piece of historic York, UK. The word Shambles originates from the Medieval word Shamel, which meant booth or bench. It was once also referred to as Flesshammel, a word with meaning around flesh; this is because Shambles was historically a street of butchers shops and houses. Records state that in1872 there were 26 butchers on the street. If you look closely, you will notice the row of butchers hooks running across the topof the window … this is where the butchers used to hang their meat.
Found them at a handicrafts shop in Udaipur. There were so many of them hung along a rod. These three looked like they were sticking together afraid of getting lost in the huge crowd of dolls. They are basically wooden structures with carvings of just the nose. The eyes and other facial features are painted with bright colors. Women then stick colorful stitched clothes around them and add various jeweleries too. Shot with Canon DSLR. / Lens EF-S55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS / As is.
