So as usual, I covered my stupid face in makeup and took stupid pictures. :D I’m not sure that I really actually like it.. the colors are nice, but it didn’t exactly come out the way I wanted. Taken in 2008 / My cat Midnight. 594 views Probably the only time she’s ever held that still for me. / And probably the only really good close up shot I’ll get of her eye. I sort of lured her in with the photography light. It was warm and so naturally she wanted to lay in front of it. I think I took this with my macro lens, but I can’t remember. © Jessica Walker

This is an old image from 2007. / It’s a self portrait taken indoors with studio lighting and then I had a stock image of a forest I composed onto the background. It was done so long ago I don’t have the information on where I got the forest stock, so I can’t credit it. But it was a moderately used texture which doesn’t dominate the piece. 1070 views as of November 2009 Once again a collaboration with the amazing, J-Chans Designs (Model Mayhem #542467). This woman is amazingly talented. She designed the costume, the wig and did the makeup. I can’t wait to work with her again! And the incredibly gorgeous model is Elizabeth Maiden (Model Mayhem#401472) This is just a taste of more to come!!!! It was an incredibly successful shoot. And my first outdoor photo shoot in a long time at a very neat location. It’s an old building near an industrial park near my house which burned down a year or so ago.
