This is the mountain at the back of Arnisdale … Ben Sgritheal (Skreel) ... spectacular and a good climb!

Dun Troddan and Dun Telve. Both the Brochs are twin-walled circular structures with a single doorway; off to the side of the doorway is a short passage between the walls which may have housed a guard or watchdog. Once within the inner enclosure, there is also an inner entrance leading to other passages between the curtain walls, and parts of the stairways still survive which gave access to upper levels. / The Brochs stood around 10 metres high (and both approach this height today in places). There are remains of wooden post holes at various points in the structure, and it is thought that the inner circular courtyard may have been roofed, giving comfortable living accommodation during times of attack; much more pleasant that the passageways in the curtain walls. The fine state of repair of the Brochs, acheived despite a complete lack of mortar, is a testimony to the skill of their builders.

He was a gorgeous little chap and so friendly … I wondered if he’d been hand reared as he always appeared when we arrived and disappeared when other birds were about. / If you look closely you can see flecks of red just starting to grow in his bib!

This old kirk and graveyard lay just behind the beach and little river that runs into Gruinard Bay … I presume it is the original church for the village of Laide.

this was prepped in photoshop and painted in corel painter ive also added textures …..... its titled for old friends and old songs that have a place in our hearts and, its dedicated to Jen’s Friend who needs our prayers at the moment so let all send them ….......... As soon as i added the lace to this painting the song popped into my mind along with old friends and this song , oh it was like being young again and feeling like the world was your oyster lol The Big Bopper …...... I recently watched IT Crowd S3 and as a homage to this great show decided to create this design. This design was also a tribute to my other IT Crowd Shirt selling 80 copies. Thank-you everyone for your support. I made this design by taking screenshots of the intro of the IT Crowd and then printing them out. I then used photoshop to draw the design by glancing over at the printouts frequently. The text used is: http://www.dafont.com/ds-digital.font P.S A buyers booth pic would be rad :)
