I’ve been a fan of batman since before I started sketching somewhat okay faces and very out of proportion torso’s and arms. Probably when I was about 7years old. I started a massive DC Comic collection that eventually got so big that my father got worried that I cared more comics than school, so he threw them out without me knowing. :( He was right, I did care more about comic book than school. I’m still working on forgiving him for that terrible bit of parenting. The idea behind this image is Batman in Japan. Minimalistic. Zen. A very chilled out semi-samurai version of Batman.
