Taken in Kyoto, Japan. One of my best memories as a photographer. I didn’t speak Japanese and this gentleman didn’t speak English, so I walked up to him and held up my camera with a smile. The slightest twitch of his whiskers and inclination of his head indicated his assent, and I snapped one picture before bowing and making my way onward. It was a wonderful connection with someone I couldn’t say a word to.
A personality quiz is a series of questions usually multiple-choice that intends to reveal something about the person who answers them. The personality quiz, unlike a knowledge quiz, has no definite set of right or wrong answers. Instead, the answers that the respondent provides are compiled and analyzed to produce a response that supposedly indicates part of the respondent’s personality and characteristics. The large number of personality quizzes seen online are a recent internet phenomenon. ( wikipedia.org)

In every shrine and temple around Japan visitors write down their hopes and dreams and pray for them to come true… Each temple has its own unique system and here the wooden boards are piled high with hope! I love this series of shots (see Dolls and Desires and Hopes for the Year of the Ox ) for the very reason that they’re so anonymous yet so personal. The boards hold the dreams of real individuals and families and it gives me pleasure to think that their dreams are coming true as you read this… I can only hope so…

This is one of my most personal works I have ever done, the one thing I hate the most is loosing a friend, especially that you loved them so much, not going into any details, my friend Lana was moving away to Nebraska, and I just feel a little upset about, because like I said I don’t like loosing friends, especially that there moving away…so far away that you could never see them ever again. So this is just my expression of just loosing a friend and the one I love.
I Cant Take Credit For This My Brother made it :3
