This is the town of Senglea, Malta. At the bottom and across the creek is the yacht marina of Victoriosa. This is my first success at High Dynamic Range merge in Photoshop. There was bright sunshine down at the marina and this side street was all in shadow. My camera could not cope with such a situation. So I bracketed the exposure on four shots. Back on my computer, I HDR merged the four photos. After a bit of tweaking on PS I got this result. Nikon D50 / Nikkor 18-70mm f/3.5-4.5G

It was one of those trips I hold in a special part of my heart. All images taken in august,2008, with love. The pretty lady holding out her hand to the pigeons, is my lovely sister, Annie.
