Arcylic painting with mixed media. This idea was taken from my young childhood days sketchbook . / Sometimes i used to go in a big field, away from it all.. / with my skecthbook and paints, looking up at the sun, to me the sun’s rays used to look like all these sparkling, and dazzling rays, coming towards me. With the fields and corn everywhere, i used to see patterns and images , as the breeze blew them into this and that shape, or is it, and always be, the fact i just have a creative head with illusions in me, .............. don’t know, will anyone ever understand how i see things….......
/ CLICK THIS IMAGE TO READ MORE ABOUT IT! What you see here is the first of seven works of art to be posted over the next seven days – the results of a seven day smackdown between myself, and the fabulous Angi Sullins and Silas Toball – where Angi made a traditional collage, and then gave it to Silas and I, letting us loose on it with our photoshop skills. :) Here is a link to their page: / Here is Silas’ version: / And here is Angi’s original art collage that we worked from: /
Islamic art, typically, though not entirely focuses on the depiction of patterns and Arabic calligraphy. If you have ever seen Arabid calligraphy you could see that it manages to be both structured as well as organic at the same time. Similar are so many Islamic pattern, they have a strong geometrical sense but still posses great fluidity. This picture is an example of such, it is a hand painted Islamic pattern on the wall of a mosque in Yazd, Iran. The rich colors and the flowing lines are a wonder to see.

A whole new world has opened up before me…...........I promise I to something more creative than flowers but for right now I am blown away by these little worlds right in front of me!
Often the flower structure underneath can be as intricate and beautiful as it is above on hydrangeas.
This is a trippy, vivid and eye catching design.
This is possibly the most detailed and intense thing i’ve ever drawn (with a fine liner.) As I have to explain to a friend after ever drawing I do, the answer applies to this one more than the others. “No, I do not know what I just drew o_o” / Took 7 hours. High res image here: (Better than the preview on RedBubble) / This is what will appear on the shirt! / http://i42.tinypic.com/ndn8uw.png Note: If you are going to favorite it, comment it too :} Sometimes I lose track of who does what. Thanks.
A design I created recently.
This photograph reminds me of a beautiful bouquet of flowers floating in the velvety midnight sky. It has a oriental quality much like dramatic silk fabrics. In color and form, there is a lushness which invites the viewer into an intimate and delicate world of intricate richness and the feeling of floating in the serenity of a peaceful midnight landscape. /
My mind rebels at stagnation. Give me problems, give me work, give me the most abstruse cryptogram, or the most intricate analysis, and I am in my own proper atmosphere. But I abhor the dull routine of existence. I crave for mental exaltation. / - Sir Arthur Conan Doyle The Untapped Source Store – Portfolio/Blog – deviantART Shop / “To live a creative life, we must lose our fear of being wrong.”
