  • Blossom’s_Photo_Gallery Stairs – Government House Inside Government House / Stained_Glass_Windows / Government_House_-_Sydney / Built between 1837 and 1845, for the Governor of New South Wales, Government House was the most sophisticated Gothic Revival building in the colony. The ground floor State Rooms include the dining room, drawing room and ballroom. These contain an outstanding collection of 19th and 20th century furnishings and decoration that reflect changing styles and the differing tastes of the Governors and their wives. The first floor includes State Apartments that were used by the Governor, visiting members of the Royal Family and other Heads of State. The house is sited in an important historic garden with exotic trees, shrubs, carriage ways, paths and terraces overlooking Sydney Harbour.

  • Multi-function meets art! My Service Series is created from reclaimed wood, as I found these wooden trays on the side of the road (about 100 of them!), and thought wow these would make excellent serving trays! I have always been service oriented and the hostess with the mostess always looking for a new serving tray, but I could never find one that really spoke to me, so now I’ve made my own.
