The maintenance room is where all the forklifts go to be recharged, cleaned, fixed, refueled and parked. There’s heaps of them. It’s really dull. I decided to add speed stripes to jazz them up a little. Yeah? you do better!

And what a beautiful state of the art facility it is. As the sunrises, the traditional space-age classic moghul architecture compliments the towering megatropolis skyline of the vast and beautiful Lahore Skycity. This is one of Earth’s most beautiful cities and if I had to choose personally what could be one of the best places for the new headquarters buildings I would also gladly choose Lahore Skycity. -

Trust me, you really don’t want to race these high altitude jockeys. They are the best of the best so much so that light can not even keep up with them.

I imagined this leaf garden floating in space. The black background / illuminates blue stars, comets and other celestial phenomenon. The rich colors remind me of an oriental motif. The leaves form patterns in combination with other images creating this dramatic abstract. I also perceive unusual characters floating in space. One of my favorites is the small triangular whimsical figure on the right bottom wearing a brown hat with the large green eye and a green tear. I think my little guy might have taken on more than he can handle in this large expanse of mysterious space. Next to him on the right a koi fish seems to float upwards next to a magical multi-colored butterfly. I also see an orange butterfly at the bottom of the koi. If you look closely you will see other floating fish in this intergalactic fantasy. There are many icons in space that are often referred to as debris, but when we look closer what appears to be ambiguous floating material may also be unidentified horticulture and other unusual objects like red floating lips. There is so much imagery in this abstract so viewing it on the larger format will reveal more projections for those viewers who take the time to project onto this celestial canvas. /

I drew this on my Birthday today [May 6th, 2008] as a symbol of goodluck and prosperity for all in the future. On the multi-generational Asteroid Starship Shigar orbiting over the moon of Taghafari Prime 15,772 light years from Earth. Both colonists Bashir and Shamshad who are a married couple as they float in zero gravity see their new world for the first time where they will give birth to a whole new wonderful family and start a new generation on this beautiful new planet. This was done free hand with nothing but bic ball point pens.

Vega
by Julie MarksI have been so fascinated by the new technologically advanced telescope sent to me by special delivery today that it is not surprising that I located the planet Vega. The planet’s atmosphere is oxygen based and has many features in common with Earth. It is distinguished by its thin orange ring, large masses or water and rocky terrain. As some of you might know, the planet Vega was discovered by the great scientist Robert A. Heinlein who wrote about his travels to this fascinating habitat in his brillant and amusing book “Have Spacesuit Will Travel.” He described Vegans as kind and empathic creatures who are quick and agile and able to suain massive damage without dying. The Vegan language is musical, ranging from very high to low frequencies. Since music is a universal language, they are able to convey the meaning of their words to beings who can not speak Vegan and to understand other languages by means of strong empathy bordering on telepathy. Because of their high level of inborn kindness and empathy towards other alien races, the Vegans act as intergalactic police. Unfortunately as described by Heinlein, they will not become or be invited to belong to our galaxy due to our belief we have the right to kill our own species as well as other wildlife on our planet. They find us barbaric and primitive and will not belong to our violent civilization (they would refer to that as an oxymoron) like military intelligence. Vegans seek out and try to correct races that infringe on the territory and rights of others. Due to their peaceful traits, they belong to three galaxies, a group of highly intelligent beings whose leaders meet to solve universal chaos. It has been rumored that Marin Luther King was invited to join their Counsel Of Intergalatic Harmony and Peace before his untimely death. This photo is part of my barkart series.

Known for their ability to graze just about anywhere you can imagine due to their unique insect like hoofs that can cling to objects such as walls, ceilings and under neath the cliffs of mountains makes them ideal to feed in areas otherwise impossible to reach.
