A sunset at Lake Erie

Copper cross in a modern steeple against a deep blue sky. Scan from film. Shot on Fuji Velvia (50) with a Nikon FM-2 with a 200mm f/4, handheld. Shot about an hour after sunrise with the sun rising behind me. Exposure unrecorded but set by metering from the sky at the same angle used to frame the cross. I wanted the cross itself to be slightly over-exposed to make it contrast against the blue sky.

Finally, I’ve come up with a Tee that shows my deepest beliefs, my predicament, my joy, and my current experience. One could say its experimental, or thinking outside the box (or brain)... but it feels like thinking INSIDE the Heart… fuzzy as that Heart may seem. / Of course, it may just be sleep deprivation, as I’ve been up into the wee hours fooling around with photo-shop and RedBubble! HA!

The original is a pen and ink I drew a few years ago as a Christmas card. This Buddha seemed to represent the spirit of Christmas so much better than Santa Claus, after what American commercialism has done to that jolly guy. / An experiment in creating a RB card to fit the designated pixels.
