reading a bit this morning and knew I had this photo from yesterday.. once again I saw something so beautiful while driving from my home… I pulled over and began to shoot.. so I was reading this morning and I found the passage… when in doubt…just ask….’what would love do’...

I will never forget taking this photograph, as I was standing waiting for the ferry to come. Anyone who has been to rural Africa will know that things runs on African time. That’s why I call them Last minute.com. After three hours, these two guys came to me and said the ferry Had broke down on the other side, and that they would take me accross. So I got in, with all my camera equipment and a very wet Interpreter, who fell into the water. / One the way accross I suddenly realised that the large boat coming straight towards us was the Ferry. It was so funny. The fishermen refused to take any payment, as they said it would bring good fortune to the, as they had a white man in their boat. they both recieved Jesus as Lord and Saviour. It was really a blessed boat trip. visit: / http://www.philadelphia33.org/

There are some of us, who took it upon ourselves to do things for others. to help others.. to make others happy.. but we forgot about ourselves! we forgot that we need to make ourselves happy too. we need to love ourselves too. if we don’t love ourselves, who’ll love us? i dedicate this to every one of you kind souls out there!! remember to always love yourself as well!! =D i especially thank Karin who kept reminding me that i am love-able as well. bad history and with the kind of people i’m surrounded by, i was made to believe that nobody will love me for everything that i am. am made to realise all my faults and bad points and weaknesses. made to believe am ugly and useless. having depression doesn’t help as i view myself as nothing more than a mental girl. i totally believe that it’s impossible for anyone to really love me. But Karin showed me otherwise. she made me answer and admit my pretty gd points.. and i realised.. hey!! i can be love-able?! am still trying to accept that now.. lolz.. it’s still kinda hard to accept, having been instilled those “i sux!” mindset for years… ahahahah.. XD Thank you, Karin!! GLOMPZ!!! fa: i had to force Tim to carry that signage cos he wouldn’t say the words!! stupid monster.. / Tim: it says I Love Me!! how can you love yourself!! you’re big, fat, ugly and you’re mental with me in your head!! / fa: awww.. i can love you too, can’t i~ XD / Tim: NOOOOOOOOOoooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The time is upon us, yet again, as we look within ourselves to find the new source of Light and regeneration. The Light returns as the Sun shifts and starts moving northward again…Winter! / In the circle of life, Winter represents the North direction, the place of our elders, the ancestors and knowledge. It is the time to honor our growth, by celebrating it and sharing it with others. It is the time when Nature throws you into yourself, so that you have to explore territory that might otherwise be unfamiliar. During this time, we acknowledge the Mother Earth’s renewal, when she’s lying dormant, seemingly asleep and the seeds of one season lie in the Earth energy that will allow them to burst forth into new life, when the warmth of the Sun returns from the South to warm her. / We gather our family and friends together to share and experience the knowledge of “All the Ages”, combining our strengths, talents and abilities to achieve Peace, Balance and Harmony… Seasons of the Heart Wishing each and everyone a Blessed Season of Joy, brotherhood/sisterhood and PEACE!!! Written by ~ Charles Dickens: And Angel Voices Say… The pure, the bright, the beautiful / That stirred our hearts in youth; / The impulses to wordless prayers, / The streams of love and truth; / The longing after something lost, / The spirit’s yearning cry; / The striving after better hopes… / These things can never die. The timid hand stretched forth to aid / A brother in his need; / A kindly word in grief’s dark hour / That proves a friend indeed; / The plea for mercy softly breathed / When justice threatens high; / The sorrow of a contrite heart… / These things shall never die. Let nothing pass, for every hand / Must find some work to do; / Lose not a chance to waken love; / Be firm and just and true; / So shall a light that cannot fade / Beam on thee from on high, / And angel voices say to thee… / “These things shall never die.” / All profit goes to Feed The Children As of December 9, 2009 ~ 1014 views. / December 9, 2009
i want to hold your hand my inspired art series .
Thank you to all of you who have donated and prayed for little Grace. She is now in good health and has made a great recovery. Praise God, I am so happy right now. Grace and other children who suffer so much Inspires me to work 12-14 hours per day sharing their plight with others and fund-raising.. I have not had the good fortune of ever having a salary for what I do. but God rewards me in many other ways. To see a child tat would have died now live and smile is wonderful. To empower the poor with more than just hope is what I live and work for. In Tunga/Zuga village, a remote village in Kebbe state Nigeria, there are so many children who are without ANY source of help. The village has no source of clean water, since their well collapsed in 2006. Intestinal worm infections, river Blindness, Chronic Diarrhoea, Malnutrition and other preventable diseases are killing and disabling many. We are making a difference and with your Prayers, Donations and support we can not only save their lives, refurbish the old school adn give them education. If it had not been for your prayers and donations for Grace, she would certainly have died. I am deeply thankful to you all. We can make a difference. / Please continue to donate and support these precious people and this mission. You are part of Gods end time plan. Selfportrait Song and lyrics, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds It is for she that the cherry bleeds / That the moon is steeped in milk and blood / That I steal like a robber / From her altar of love / O money lender / O cloven gender! / I am the fiend hid in her skirts / And it’s as hot as Hell in here / Coming at her as I am from above / Hard on for love / Hard on for love / Well, I swear I seen that girl before / Like she walked straight outta the book of Leveticus / But they can stone me with stones I don’t care Just as long as I can get to kiss / Those gypsy lips / Gypsy lips / My aim is to hit this Miss / And I’m moving in (I’m moving in) / Coming at her like Lazarus from above / Hard on for love / Hard on for love

Reach for the Light
.Please Read this. This really was a special moment for me. I never knew that Lenti and the other children in this village had never seen a Biscuit/cookie before. She looked at it for almost 3 minutes and only began to eat it when she saw a member of our mission staff eat hers. Lenti is a precious little girl who was very ill when she came to our Mission Centre. Medicines alone just could not save her life. We prayed and trusted God to heal her and he did. We provided lots of Love and High Protein biscuits/cookies and Multi-vitamins, provided by you, whom we and the Lord depend upon. This gives me so much joy and drives me even harder to raise the funds to save and bless many more like Lenti. / My Passion and inspiration is God given, and although I lack Finances, it has never stopped me blessing these children. As St. Luke (who was a physician) said, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, ...” / +Luke 4: 18 + This is a success story and with your help we can make many more success stories. I have posted the lyrics to this song before, however, I thought of the same song while creating this artwork of Mary holding Jesus as a baby. Photograph of a statue of Mary and Jesus as a baby; enchanced with several software programs. / As of December 15, 2009 ~ 172 views This image is available as a card with verse inside on Zazzle Mary Did You Know Mary did you know that your baby boy will one day walk on water? / Mary did you know that your baby boy will save our sons and daughters? / Did you know that your baby boy has come to make you new? / This child that you’ve delivered, will soon deliver you. Mary did you know that your baby boy will give sight to a blind man? / Mary did you know that your baby boy will calm a storm with his hand? / Did you know that your baby boy has walked where angels trod? / And when you kiss your little baby, you have kissed the face of God. / / December 6, 2009
