i’ve had dozens of works featured in various groups, and on the homepages of redbubble, and i thank anyone out there that thought my work was special enough to make it on those lists. and now, i’m honored to say that my bum is featured in one of my favorite groups, mood and ambience! lol…..sorry, i just discovered this whole journal thing today, and i could think of no better first entry :) so, again, thanks to you all for liking my work. and thank you all for being so inspiring! i had no idea that the community on redbubble would end up being so rad. xoxo

This photo was taken when I took their children’s prom pictures. It started out as a portrait of them, and then they got to laughing, and I kept shooting….one thing led to the other and they turned and looked at each other….and viola. This is my Aunt & her husband. We’ve always been close, she’s only 4 yrs older than I. They are so much in love after about 18 yrs (in June ‘09) of marriage. I have always looked up to them, especially in their love for each other. It’s awesome to see this type of love in the world…..something I’ve always longed for….an awesome love. He was in a major wreck yrs ago…..and couldn’t even walk, he was in the hospital and he had to wear that “halo” as they call it. It was to keep his neck in position while the verbrae heeled. He wore it for about 6/8 weeks I think. He had to go to rehab to walk again and his left side is even week to date. He still has a hard time in the cold months or if he has been sitting for long periods of time. She was by his side the entire time! That’s true love….she never left his side, and helped him every step of the way. What a great way to live. I am so proud that God put them in each others lives.
