I liked the dusty dark shapes of these plums, set off and framed by the white enamel of the bowl.

Usually in winter the road up the mountain is closed,in fact it was closed while I was up on Newfound Gap. After getting a few shots I headed down the mountain only to find I was locked in,so I went back up and got this photo. Shortly after a park ranger escorted me down the mountain. It was nice being the only one on the whole road,a rare treat.
