Skele-series #9 (We wouldn’t dare have him catching a real, live fish!)
I’ve finally got around to making this one into a tee :) Will try to make some more of my drawings into tees soon, suggestions on which ones are more then welcome! / Zoom in for full effect. This illustration was published in the 2007 Semi-Permanent book, yay! Also looks hot on colour
Hand-drawn design with colour pencil. Has been sitting on the back-burner for quite awhile. Was finally motivated to finish it for the T-Shirt Revolution Challenge… Here’s a brighter version of the tee: [printing by it’s nature is darker than what you see on screen, but the quality of the tees here at RB are great. I have my Muerte tee and the colour worked out great.]
I’ve had a couple of requests to make this one available in a tee, so here is. / If anyone would like an individual fruit tee please let me know and I will be more then happy to upload them :) Available in guys and girls and many colours. The crazy fruits are also available on cards /
Feathered friends chatting in the wintertime, probably about the worm that’s poked his head out of the ground to see if it’s spring yet!
Nothin’ but pencil! This shirt is partly an experiment to see if I can make one image work on black AND white simultaneously. I think I failed.
when i was five i had a lace up pair of white boots, i still remember tying / the laces as they had to be hooked around little hooks. this is where this drawing began with the boots. work detail

Can happen to many office people, that you wish it was already five pm, killing the time with the tools available on your desktop. Best demonstrated in the opening scene of the movie About Schmidt, where Jack Nicholson plays a man waiting till its five, after that moment he is retired and not coming back in the office for work anymore. In my zazzle shop you can find the same design showed on different models, colours and the backside printed with logo and instruction. Plus they print larger and their quality of printing is very good! And some others…
Colored pencil illustration of a maple leaf, beautifully drawn in the burnt oranges of autumn, a beautiful reminder of the Fall season for lovers of nature, or a great gift for Canada Day!
Skele-series #5 Planting a tree together!
When I returned home for a visit last year my nephew and one of my nieces were baking these glorious cupcakes and I took photos so that I could eventually draw them as they looked (and tasted!) so yummy. Well, I’ve finally managed to get one down onto paper though I really am not doing it justice …
Mike’s latest kick: skele-people in everyday situations. Done mostly in pencil with the exception of the background, which was rendered in Photoshop.
