The icicles on this old and rather dirty red brick building were found on its south side. The building itself is located at the Utah State Fairpark in Salt Lake City, USA. Maybe it was the juxtaposition of the winter ice and cold coupled with the drab brick and the old fenced in windows. Solitary confinement would make anyone cold.
