  • Red Bull brought their sky show to Budapest, over the Danube.

  • The Great Synagogue in Dohány Street, also known as the Dohány Synagogue, or the Tabac-Schul, the Yiddish translation of dohány (tobacco), after the Hungarian name of the street, is located in Belváros, the inner city of Pest, in the eastern section of Budapest. It was built between 1854-1859 by the Neolog Jewish community of Pest according to the plans of the Viennese architect Ludwig Foerster.   • A branch of the white acacia tree, a widely spread tree here in Southern Hungary, seemingly bent under the burden of all the blossoms; there is also a pink variety that blossoms slightly later. The scent of these blossoms is overpowering.. it is a sweet, ‘grapey’ smell. I am sure one of the scents in Paradise must be the perfume of the Acacia Tree.

  • Reflection in a large mirror gifted from Italy to the Hungary, placed at the top stairs of the presedential stairway/exit in the Hungarian State Opera, Budapest. The mirror was hung at the top of the stairs to allow those ascending to marvel at the wonderful decor all around them. I havent changed a single thing on this image, taken straight from my Nikon D60
