    When I was a young girl, my father, Karoly, would call me Spatz. It is the German word for ‘sparrow’. My father, however, was born and raised in Hungary, and later made his way to Germany. / I saw this image Bath Time in my initial weeks on Redbubble. I bought the card to give to my mum for Christmas. / This image hit it home for me. Some images appear uncomplicated yet are powerhouses. / It comes from the portfolio of izzymary2 / This poem shares some of my late father’s nurtured dreams.
