She won’t tell anyone…she swears! This is inspired by the All American Rejects’ song Dirty Little Secret, which offers a slightly different version of this saying “I’ll keep you my dirty little secret…” The song itself was inspired by the PostSecret Project. / CREATION INFORMATION Medium: Vector Art, Typography, T-Shirt Design. This was a lot more cheery and colorful before uploading it onto RedBubble. (i’m not sure why the colors are sooo off over there!) The inspiration behind this new series (as if I needed another one, I know, I can’t help it!) is the tub, toilet, and sink in my new house. This house was built in the 50’s and let me tell you, it shows. My bathroom pieces are this funky robin’s egg blue….way retro. Anyways, I was trying to think of a creative way to keep the funky blue stuff but somehow decorate around it so…I’ve been dooding a series of my family in different bathroom scenes (sorry y’all, no real nudity!) with the colors of my bathroom. There you have it…my inspiration. In the print that I am going to buy of this one, the bathtub is a cheery yellow and the bubbles and parts of the shower curtain are that retro blue…as if you cared to know that! :D

Only a woman would ask this question. It must be one of the grandest challenges for men of maturity to come up with just the right answer. Of course not answering is not an option. Level of difficulty ranks right up there with weekend Sudoko puzzles. “Is my butt too big?” is a digital artwork, in watercolor and ink style, by F.A. Moore, June 2009. I Don’t Do Windows / ...I say, only in my dreams. Here, I used the Black and White room for something entirely different! The “sumi-e” effect reminds me of my pen and ink and watercolors; and it is used on each element in this piece. I desaturated each color in the model, and lightened most of them, to achieve a softer, washed color effect. Red was desaturated least. Digital work, after the sumi-e style. F.A. This was one of my Mom’s favorite expressions; she had (and I still have) a cast iron plaque on the kitchen wall that says the same thing. If she were still alive, I know she’d want me to make this shirt…I hope you get a giggle out of it! / Created and uploaded for the Funny T-Shirt Challenge.
