Self-portrait.
A humanoid Spider creature.
I like to think of the ??? on the right side as someone riding off, or running off. It leaves a lot of story to be told.
A strangely cute robot in high contrast black and outlined in white for dark T-shirts, although this design works nicely on practically ant color T-shirt.
A male specimen of the humanoid species, Marshezien. / Planet of origin – Marshez, in the Retaw System. / Features are a bluish skin pigmentation, reddish hair and strangely pigmented eyes, also varying shades of blue. A most unique feature is a prolonged spinal chord and coccyx, feline in appearance, and for the males is ritually severed in the middle teenage years, somehow not rendering them paralysed. As the planet surface is significantly covered in wetlands their diet is mainly fish, crustacea and estuarine vegetation. The atmosphere is compatible with human species. Known throughout the universe for their neutrality although they undergo training in martial arts from a young age. / Notable sky features are the nine suns and the nearby planet, Tresed, which looks a little like Jupiter, the fifth planet of the Primary Solar System. / Created in Bryce 6 and Photoshop CS2. Alien made from merging features from photos of two different people and given a Photoshop make-over. /
Hoverball, the most popular game on this planet, sometimes played with a large team or sometimes not. Anyone can play although acrophobics might feel a little anxious at first but once you get used to it . . . well it’s fun for the whole family. Safe at any altitude. Just like our players here playing high above the central range. Just pop along to your nearest Recreation Emporium and pick one up. Holodeck version also available. / Created in Bryce, DAZ Studio and Photoshop.

Lifeform from one of the small gaseous planets in the Eighth System. Disparagingly dubbed “mutants” and shunned by others in that system we maintain harmonious relations with them. / Known for their ability to transform into anything they please. Shapeshifters. / Omnimorphs. There are many names for them. Although in their normal state they are humanoid in appearance, obviously, genetically they possess some very unique traits. They have a QN chromosome in their DNA which gives them that ability. This ability requires them to “sleep” for periods of up to a week every six months in order to maintain good health. Although apparently conscious during this sleep period they are, in fact, what we call asleep. / This one photographed in an amniobaric chamber in which they regularly use for achieving higher states of consciousness. Oddly, this procedure is accompanied by sounds that remind me of whales back on Earth long ago. / Created in Photoshop. Face made up from features of several images and blended with Photoshop-generated shapes and textures.
Done a few years ago, a character concept. Pose inspired by a Brom piece. Mechanical pencil and a little marker. / / Strathmore 400 Series Drawing Paper. / / This image is Copyright protected: / /

Digital drawing/manipulation I found information about the zieba tree on various myth sites. This is the start of a series of illustrations of mythological creatures/ideas with a twist.

Can you see it? A hoodoo sandstone rock formation in Writing-on-Stone Provincial Park in southern Alberta, Canada. Strangely, from a particular angle , this hoodoo bears a resemblance to a profile of some sort of humanoid/alien. Sort of fitting considering the ‘alien’ or surreal landscape of the hoodoos. Taken with a Canon Rebel XSi using an 18-55mm lens. No post processing.
