During his life he spoke of peace, love, kindness, questionable hygiene, killer sideburns, a joint for every citizen, and to never eat red meat. The irony is that after death he craves only the flesh of man…though his hygiene is pretty much the same as it always was. He’s the Hell bound Hippie and he’s coming to get you! (Very slowly of course…you know, because he’s high.)

So how do you make someone understand something that you understand? You can’t. All you can do is understand it. So your greatest gift to them is just know what you know about death, know that it is nonexistent, know that this man, this being, exists eternally, know that he can come through the cat door either way, know that he is constantly, consistently focused here, know that he has awareness about what all of you are doing, know that his interest in what you are doing has not changed at all. Know that you have the ability to interact with him. Know that he has the ability to interact with you. And make that a real experience for yourself. And then talk about it as if it is a normal experience. Let it be the normal experience that it really is. Chakras and Vibration Everything moves, from atoms to planets millions of light years away. Electrons move around the nucleus of an atom. Planets revolve around their suns. Everything moves and therefore everything vibrates. Where there is vibration, there is sound. Every part of our body vibrates at a specific sound frequency. Each of the seven Chakras has a specific sound associated with it. Colors also vibrate at a specific frequency. And each Chakra has a color associated with it. That is why the use of color and sound can return balance to our Chakras causing restored health. / The Key To Health and Healing. Chakras are associated with our physical, mental and emotional states. When energy does not flow freely from the Chakras, the body does not function properly. We need to reestablish the free flow of energy in order to heal. The key to health is for our 7 Chakras to be in balance. Through stress of any kind, physical, emotional, psychological, our Chakras can become unbalanced or out of tune. Ommmm .. Sound and Vibrations.. Who are we before matter? / There is so much evidence that we are vibrational Beings.. / Music ..endless endless endless / We are..endless endless endless..

The poem below is a dedication to my best friend, who was estranged from me for more than a year. It is funny .. my love as of late opened up my heart wide and I was stripped of the blinders that judgement and resentment can bring, and only saw my friend in all the glory and truth that he is to me so when we spoke.. not one day had passed since I had seen him, not one. / Friends forever We. On The Shores of Now We left these shores a long time ago / In a sea of forgiveness and the bottle / Came back empty / The message could not be clearer / Between worlds there is only now / As if we needed more than / Now. / As if we needed more than a moment to / Know each other’s hidden dreams / And thoughts / That time has seasoned and begot / With Green vibrations / Opening path of lonely heart / And mind that has been stripped of continuity / And then forgot / This hurts the most / Except, / When we met in the moment of our day / Of our year in the unfailing certainty of Now, Never lost a beat / Separate and sweet / Co-mingling with a sonnet or two / You came back more to pave the way / To a History we did not repeat / And now Today Ceaseless Understanding / Our cloth our banner / Demanding / Nothing of each other / Except perhaps the rendering of our / Love / Our Two hearts forever One / Above. I have a poem I am working on with the feeling of storms involved. I am a sucker for the experience one gets in strong weather and felt this storm the other night deserved to be observed as a vibration unto itself. So there is the Goddess and The Gods written about these amazing events and I felt my way to producing a piece that depicts them and us.

They were out on the same walk She saw buildings / He saw the sky She saw shadows / He saw the shadows of birds that fly She saw a crack / He saw a crevice She saw a hole / He saw a ditch She saw the homeless / He saw the rich She saw a rock / He saw a diamond When they got home they looked into each other’s eyes, / How shall we ever agree on this life at the same time? / They said all at once / Well… / She said / We must learn to revel in our differences / Lets go against society, / Every time I see differently or you do / Lets break out the champagne and the sweet meats / Every time one sees a problem.. Lets celebrate for the other / Every time one sees a solutions lets do it again … / Celebrate / Celebrate each other.. And then we will loose track of / Perfect timing cause every moment will be just perfect!!
