Remember that house .. / when you were a child / the house that everyone thought was haunted / you know the one….we all had one… you faced your fear and entered the house on the hill *** / / A wonderful story written for my picture by:iconmahjongmonkey: I want to live in that house on a hill. / The joy I could share / With the one I love near / As we live in that house on a hill. The sun will shine through on each window sill. / We’ll dance in the kitchen / Of that house on a hill. The nights will be calm / But we don’t have to be still. / There is much to enjoy / In that house on a hill. I’ll dream happily of the present we share. / I won’t have a care as long as he’s there, / And we’re in that house on a hill. I’ll smile and sing, / All of our hopes will take wing / As we grow in that house on a hill. But I just sit and stare / At the shadows in there. / Empty window panes / And the garden that snares / My sad little house on a hill.
