  • I noted at Christmas that the Mr Men are back in fashion, so I thought I’d dip into the almost empty well of Mr Bloke idea’s and came up with this one. The idea actually came to me at the local RSL funnily enough during happy hour (it’s always good when you get more change back from a shout than you were expecting!).

  • This is a geeky 80’s design created for the Earth Hour Challenge. / / If you understand it then it means you’re old enough to be a fair contributor to the world energy problem and an equal part of the solution. / / But what is the solution? / / Well it’s clear to me that not just one but a whole range of newer, greener, renewable energy sources will save the day and I believe that people like you and me should be given the option to choose between them on our power bill. Whether they be nuclear, solar, geo-thermal, nano tubes and so on. / / Freedom of choice is what we want. Which is in fact a lyric from that crazy 80’s pop rock band, Devo. / / The red things are the hats Devo alway wear which they call “Energy Domes”, claiming they can actually harvest energy from your own head. / / Now that’s a solution I’d really like to see. / / *This is my first attempt at using Adobe Illustrator so all comments and critiques are very welcome. / / / / /

  • This is my entry for the T-Shirt Revolution’s 24 Hour Tee Challenge / The Challenge / Brand new t-shirts only please. We’re going to play a little game of chance for this speed tee challenge. Head over to your bookshelf. Select any book that catches your eye and open it. Any page will do. Find a paragrah. This paragraph will be your topic. We want your t-shirt design to visually represent the content of this paragraph, whatever it may be … Please include the paragraph in your description. You have 24 hours. My paragraph came from page 31 of The Book with No Name by Anonymous. ... and here it is: After dragging the bodies of Rusty, Spider and Studley out to the backyard and dumping them where no one would easily find them, the two men sat and drank whisky for the next couple of hours. / Marcus did most of the talking. He was doing his best tour guide impression, providing Jefe with the lowdown on the best places to go for a good time…

  • Classic British Comedy – Featuring Ronnie Barker and Ronnie Corbett Completely Brilliant!! Enjoy. Brother Adam Youtube Video .

  • My entry for the 24hr Challenge: 1 Paragraph over at A Tshirt Revolution. I went to bookcase and grabbed the old beaten n battered copy of Skeleton Crew, a collection of Stephen King’s short stories. Upon opening i found myself reading an old favourite …..... The Raft. Here’s the paragraph … / “Randy was halfway to the raft when he saw the black patch on the water. It was beyond the raft and to the left of it, more out toward the middle of the lake. Five minutes later the light would have failed too much for him to tell it was anything more than a shadow … if he had seen it at all. Oil slick? he thought, still pulling hard through the water, faintly aware of the girls splashing behind him. But what would an oil slick be doing on an October deserted lake? Anybody who’s read it (or seen the short movie in Creepshow 2) will know this ain’t no oil slick. Ink pen sketch on some halftone action /
