My new found love!!!!!!!!! Playing with photo software! The original photo, had the nasty concrete barn in the background. Taken when she was recovering from check ligament injury and I had taken her out for a bite of grass.

This is the other one she took today that was quite good. This is our horse Soñadora, eating her bed! She wants her own REDBUBBLE account but I have told her she is too young, but i’ll stick it on mine, for people to see :O) In actual fact this maybe the best photo we have of the horse!!!!

This is Shadow a New Forest mare, who belongs to 11 year old twin girls at our yard. I think she is one of the prettiest horses I have ever seen…

However the only action shot I had of Pinto and Toby was littered with buildings, horses and people! So out came the old eraser! And a bit of sky! RIP Pinto ~ Died from colic 15.04.09

A little out of bounds framing created for a movement challenge…... Only to realise after uploading it, that the group is Nikon DSLR users group and this is an old Cannon shot scanned in from 35mm!! OK so I probably can’t spell PIAOW, but couldn’t find it in the dictionary or online!!! haha Anyway this was a little Western show taken at Tabernas, Almeria, Spain, where movies such as A Fist Full Of Dollars and The Good, The Bad & The Ugly were filmed. Oh and the light was getting bad too, taken at 17.30hrs on 25.01.09, low sun causing huge shadows etc! Nikon D40 18-55mm on sports mode. Played with in PSP CS3 colour, levels etc and a tiny bit of cropping.

I made this tonight for Toby / who’s horse Pinto died from colic yesterday morning. This stairway leads to heaven, here we must part, I’ll miss you every day my boy, until we meet again. I’ll watch for you amongst the clouds frolicking around, I’ll miss your welcoming nicker, until we meet again. BACKGROUND & DOVES

Taken at the San Miguel fiesta last Saturday 8th August 2009. Sorry I haven’t been around much, but it’s been too hot! Moving back to teh UK next month so looking forward to turning my hand to green landscapes and moving water! Oh and grey cloudy rainy skies!!!!! Nikon D40 18-55mm @55mm This image was extracted from the original which had a very busy messy, cluttered and unattractive background! 2 textures added, the stone one by Johanne Brunet placed behind the extracted horse and rider and opacity reduced a bit and the other is a piece of my sky blended onto hue I think!!!! LOL I never pay that much attention!
