While doing medical help in Honduras, this little girl wanted to see what was going on, but hid behind a wall. She was so happy to have that toothbrush as a gift, she never let it out of her mouth!

On a medical brigade in Honduras we rode to the top of a mountain where the families picked coffee beans. It took us almost 2 hours to drive to the top in our jeep. It took them about 6 hours to walk up!
