I was watching my friend’s mom doing the ironing outside on her patio in sunny California. I used a modified lens when making this photograph.

I found a spider was making a home in the blossom of this trillium. I took the picture in a wooded area in the Poor Farm Swamp Conservation Area in Amherst, MA. I was working in deep shade. Canon Rebel T1i, 55 – 250mm Canon zoom lens.
