These are going into a care package for my daughter at school. It’s really for stock sites, but I thought that I’d get opinions on the shot from all of you.

Fresh homemade blueberry muffins for the summer hoildays.

I baked these salmon & chive muffins this afternoon and they are so delicious! Ingredients: / 2 cups organic self-raising flour / 80g organic butter, melted / 1 biodynamic egg, lightly beaten / 1 cup organic full cream milk / 1/2 cup chopped chives / 125g smoked Tasmanian salmon, chopped Method: Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease twelve 1/3-cup capacity muffin holes. Place flour into a bowl (sift if you like). Combine butter, egg, milk and chives in a jug. Mix well. Pour into flour. Use a large metal spoon to stir gently until almost combined. Fold in salmon. Spoon mixture into muffin holes. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Serve warm.

Made by the Groom’s mother and sister for a intimate bay side wedding at Hardy’s Bay, Central Coast NSW. The bride wore coral, the groom wore a smile, the guests enjoyed champage and strawberries with this delicious three slab white chocolate mud cake!

I was inspired by the idea that simple things can be beautiful. Your wish is her command. I might do more with mythological creatures in the future. Mixed Media work with Copics, Cps and Photoshop.

For the home and hearth type groups I belong to. :) HOMEMADE TOMATO SAUCE 4 tablespoons vegetable oil / 1 large onion, chopped / 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes (or use several fresh tomatoes) / 2 cups water / 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste / 2 leaves of fresh basil / 2 cloves garlic, crushed / 1 teaspoon salt / 1 teaspoon ground black pepper / / In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, sauté onions in the oil until golden brown. Add crushed tomatoes, water, tomato paste, basil, garlic, salt and pepper. Let the sauce come to a boil, lower heat to low and stir occasionally until desired thickness. Sauce is ready when oil rises to the top. Skim off oil. ((Kodak EasyShare CD1013 camera))
