This T-shirt design is based on a painting of mine. I cut the stencil when I had to go back to Germany for a little while after my first year in Melbourne 2003. I still like using it … I hope you enjoy it too.

while traveling europe for the majority of the last year, I spent plenty of time hitch hiking and trying to get from A-B. and this time was often more fun than arriving. So now i have decided to make some hitch hiking inspired t-shirts, so hitchers can model them to the passing traffic and hopefully some of my designs may actually help them get a lift.

Irish Artist, Patrick J. Murphy, was born, lives and creates in Belfast and has painted and exhibited for over 15 years.
