A notice board at the university of Sydney – first week of the academic year mid year break. This was all about the work, sweat and tears and then liberation from study during uni break time – beach / surf / play. Image copyright © 2007, Robert Knapman. The mask I bought from Flavia (www.veniceatelier.com) – I also bought the dress there, shown on another picture.
A serene winter still life, taken on a back road not very far from my home.
While on a night walk on a cold crystal night durning the past holiday season, I was struck by the warm glow of the lights from the porches of nearby homes. Hurrying home I started this painting on a panel that had been prepared for another work and had it near completion in one long setting. Not greatly detailed but it caught some of the mood that motivated the attempt. Acrylic on covered wood panel.
I love the feel of this Frangipani shot. Different, unusual, talking point. What photography, art should be. Paul red bubble Lyman Frank Baum fine art photography / macro photography

The brother and sister recognized River from last fall and they both came to say “hello”. The “brand-new” fawn followed suit as her brother and sister seemed to know us and thought of us as “friends”. :) Before they circled my overjoyed dog and they all ran off together, they first make sure that they got their spring morning “family photo” taken. :) Donation to charity / 50% of the proceeds of the sale of this image will be donated to Algonquin Park
“everything is mostly vast amounts of space between itself my love…...” Gallo, you told me that… and everything came clear… so clear… and even more complex now…. and then, “fluid dynamics”, you said… among all the significant words on that message, those two words brought my childhood back and my obsession for the infinite micro/macro… and you brought light into it. / You are the greatest inspiration for my creations, but this one, derived from that dream, is more than inspiration, it is a deep communion and I dedicate it to you, my soul mate. / / / i am so honored to have been featured in the EMI Magazine! Mark, that was a rabbit punch! thank you and to the EMI great crew!!! / i am thrilled to have this piece featured in Abstract Realism. this one is deeply special to me. / thank you!

my rabbit Yana was a bit confused when she was put between all that delicious food ^^ Photographed inside, with several lights on. Used cloth as background and underground Canon EOS 350D + 17-85 IS USM Canon lens
I took this photo with a 2MP camera quite a few years ago in tirasia in Santorini. I only added a touch of nostalgia…. The light was so beautiful that it let itself captured by a 2 MP…. :) “Greece, a child’s life” was featured / - in the group The Human Condition / - in the group European Everyday Life
