This lady was doing exercises near the Star Ferry Terminals and came over to talk to me while I was filming Victoria Harbour. She kept me occupied for nearly an hour…. with stories of her life that started with her living in Shanghai under Japanese occupation… till her move to Hong Kong and her family life. She says keeping fit is what giver her the ability to be so healthy while her children are getting ill, from lack of exercise. This is what I was filming while she spoke to me: http://www.vimeo.com/2801955
