This little wooden bridge is no more..washed away in a terrible storm a few years back. It was situated on the very western edge of the North Yorkshire Moors near the small village of Hawnby. I named it ‘Hermit’s Bridge’ as there is a little cave close by which was inhabited by a hermit in days of yore!

My son bought this crab at Holdren’s beach. I love the colored shells. He is one of those so ugly he’s cute!
