This photo was taken from the moon roof of my car as it was raining. That day I had gone out to take some photos and the flags were at half staff because of the death of a soldier in Iraq. It reminded me of 9-11 which we remember today and it seemed like tears from heaven. Such a sad day in our history plus a sad day still for families that still lose loved ones. We will never forget 9-11 and those that died needlessly due to terrorism. Also those that went to serve, protect and to heal we pay tribute to those that gave their lives’ that day.

No need to comment on this image; after Madeline M. Allen purchased a card of the original this morning we discussed resizing the image to avoid the borders which show on the card only size…......I was aware of the problem but chose to leave the image up as is because resizing it , distorts it just a bit…..but after consideration and discussion with Maddy, here is the resized version…..if you are interested in cards….the borders will not show…..... / / / __ / All The Materials Contained May Not Be Reproduced, Copied, Edited, Published, Transmitted Or Uploaded In Any Way Without My Permission. Written by ~ Charles Dickens: And Angel Voices Say… The pure, the bright, the beautiful / That stirred our hearts in youth; / The impulses to wordless prayers, / The streams of love and truth; / The longing after something lost, / The spirit’s yearning cry; / The striving after better hopes… / These things can never die. The timid hand stretched forth to aid / A brother in his need; / A kindly word in grief’s dark hour / That proves a friend indeed; / The plea for mercy softly breathed / When justice threatens high; / The sorrow of a contrite heart… / These things shall never die. Let nothing pass, for every hand / Must find some work to do; / Lose not a chance to waken love; / Be firm and just and true; / So shall a light that cannot fade / Beam on thee from on high, / And angel voices say to thee… / “These things shall never die.” / All profit goes to Feed The Children As of December 9, 2009 ~ 1014 views. / December 9, 2009
