Gaia is our only home, and the key to her future lies in our hands. If we sustain her well, we can keep her doors open to reveal her beauty, and invite the neighboring sunlight to accompany us. Key modeled in FormZ. Everything else are photos put together in PhotoShop. I used my Sun behind the clouds as the background for this piece This work has been featured in: / Current Issues / Colour Me a Rainbow / Alphabet Soup
I was thinking of Julie Langford’s dear mother as I worked on this image, and I kept thinking how we all must undergo metamorphosis as we make the transition from this world where light is exterior to the next world where the interior light of our Maker can finally show through when we shed our caterpillar casing and spread our butterfly wings in the new life.
ARE YOU GOING TO BE A CITIZEN OF HEAVEN? GOD KNOWS. THE GOOD NEWS IS, FROM WHAT i UNDERSTAND, YOU DO NOT EVEN NEED A VISA OR A GREEN CARD TO GET IN.
Second shot from this series. Silhouetted woman jumping on some cliffs below an ominious sky. :-) Hope you like it. Andreas Stridsberg © / www.mystic-pic.com
In our hearts we all have our own interpretation and hopes for what we call “heaven.”
I went to the cemetery today to just enjoy the peace and serenity. My wife and I walked through and read the old head stones that dated as far back as the very early 1800’s. It’s hard to not imagine the lives of these people and what it was like on earth in their time. What lives they led and adventures they had… then your mind turns to those they left behind. This headstone is the burial place of a husband and wife from 1921 and 1927. After all these years someone still leaves flowers on their graves in remembrance. / / / / / / / / / / Visit my website On The Rock Photography /
This picture is dedicated to the memory and courage of my very dear friend Tami Lee and all those who also lost her battle with Breast Cancer. / On Aug 16,2006 I was awakened at 2am by this image. The urge to put this on paper was virtually uncontrollable. Every time I shut my eyes to try and get back to sleep, this image would appear. I tried several times but to no avail. At 6am I started to sketch out my vision. By noon that day it was complete. This picture would not have been created if it weren’t for the strong will of Tami, my dear sweet angel. / Thank you for your support , strength, and your courage as we battled cancer together. / 100% of All Proceeds from the sale of these items go to the American Cancer Society in honor of those we have lost. Remember…...The memory of their courage and strength will live in in us forever. / This colored pencil work was done on 11”x14” bristol board.

Your mother’s earthly garden has been transplanted in heavenly soil and the best blossoms are yet to come.
Written by ~ Charles Dickens: And Angel Voices Say… The pure, the bright, the beautiful / That stirred our hearts in youth; / The impulses to wordless prayers, / The streams of love and truth; / The longing after something lost, / The spirit’s yearning cry; / The striving after better hopes… / These things can never die. The timid hand stretched forth to aid / A brother in his need; / A kindly word in grief’s dark hour / That proves a friend indeed; / The plea for mercy softly breathed / When justice threatens high; / The sorrow of a contrite heart… / These things shall never die. Let nothing pass, for every hand / Must find some work to do; / Lose not a chance to waken love; / Be firm and just and true; / So shall a light that cannot fade / Beam on thee from on high, / And angel voices say to thee… / “These things shall never die.” / All profit goes to Feed The Children As of November 29, 2009 ~ 995 views.
Each day brings with it the miracle of a new / beginning. Many of the moments ahead will / be marvelously disguised as ordinary days, / but each one of us has the chance to make / something extraordinary out of them. Remember that there is an enduring worth / to every positive step you take, that the good / decisions you make will come back to bless / you, and that your angels will make sure that / any clouds really do have a silver lining. Age 22. 2009. To some, the boy knew, it may have been a small departure from a lovable feline, but to him, Morris’ death was heartbreaking. There had been many times in the past where the boy had hurried home and hid away in his bedroom, hoping desperately to be forgotten by the world. He had wept in the isolated darkness, crying out his pain, yet Morris had always comforted him; lying there lovingly without judgmental eyes. Morris was always there offering his console by silently listening to every last word. With a tear in his eye the boy could remember what it felt like to cradle his arms around the little one, feeling his cushion-like fur on his skin. The boy knew he would one day be with him again, but for now, he could only hope he would see him in his dreams - Drawn on white bristol board. 2H, 3B pencil, biro pen, water colours and digital paint. A Visual collaboration between F. A. Moore / and myself for the group , Resurrection of the Exquisite Corpse _There are also heavenly bodies and there are earthly bodies; but the splendor of the heavenly bodies is one kind, and the splendor of the earthly bodies is another. The sun has one kind of splendor, the moon another and the stars another; and star differs from star in splendor. So will it be with the resurrection of the dead. The body that is sown is perishable, it is raised imperishable; it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. / If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body. verses . 40-44of Corinthians Chapter 15 An Explanation of how this is done a tough one for sure, this is what we had to do. This work is a work where you take *one inch only of someones work and “make a picture to tie into that one inch” I made the whole first picture, and then sent her through email , one inch of it. / here is what she saw.. she then did the bottom half of what you see, I then sent her through email the top half and I did complete top half. she then Blended in the works to erase some of the horizontal distractions.. this is my complete picture, which I will share at another time F.A. I have posted the lyrics to this song before, however, I thought of the same song while creating this artwork of Mary holding Jesus as a baby. Photograph of a statue of Mary and Jesus as a baby; enchanced with several software programs. For a beautiful song, listen here Mary did you know that your baby boy will one day walk on water? / Mary did you know that your baby boy will save our sons and daughters? / Did you know that your baby boy has come to make you new? / This child that you’ve delivered, will soon deliver you. Mary did you know that your baby boy will give sight to a blind man? / Mary did you know that your baby boy will calm a storm with his hand? / Did you know that your baby boy has walked where angels trod? / And when you kiss your little baby, you have kissed the face of God.
Singe my wings and crack the ground at my feet. / Shine your light on me until I cannot see. / Lift me higher than I can fly and / Drop me from your grasp. I am your angel and I cannot leave you. / Do what you will do. / Say what you will say. / Earthbound, I watch over you and give you love. Canon Rebel EOS xsi with editing in Photoshop Elements 3. /
