This evening i stopped on the railway bridge just near me coming back from the zoo. The picture is as how i took it. The color comes from changing my white balance on the camera to turn the orange sky purple.

The Gay Head Light is located in Aquinnah on the island of Martha’s Vineyard off the coast of Massachusetts. I took five images (+2 to -2) and combined them using Photomatix Pro 3.0. Nikon D300 and 18-200 VR Lens.

Portland, Maine. Just got back last week from New England. Took my mom back to see the fall foliage. We took a bus tour and most of the stops were for shopping more than photo op’s. This was one of the few places we stopped for photo’s, and was the only light house I got to see. / /
