HDR image of a cozy spot in a Hunting Lodge. Converted to B&W, with some hint of color remaining. Love the empty Gumball machine and the old heater.
A shot of a group of people in a football field, learning cross-country skiing. This was taken from a bridge high above the action.
The old range in the farm house, providing the heat for the kitchen and a long time ago used for cooking, now some young hooligan has tried to cook it!!

A Caterpillar earthmover in HDR, was really dark under this bridge and had to focus manually as my camera couldn’t. Merged to HDR using Photomatix, altered the colour and contrast a bit in Adobe Lightroom Click here for my other images of Melbourne
Petrol, fuel and gas tanks at Port Botany in Sydney with a storm brewing over from the south west.
A shot in one of the many plantations around Narbethong looking back towards Marysville in Victoria’s Yarra Ranges. On Saturday the 7th of February my family lost our home away from home at Marysville, as well as our two Rhodesian Ridgebacks and our Abyssinian cat. My condolences go to anyone who also lost family, friends or property on this terrible weekend, and I know deep down that Marysville will be back and better than ever, in the near future… Click here for my other images of the Yarra Ranges
A rather large gum tree that had fallen across the track to Henderson’s Falls, behind Lorne on the Great Ocean Road, has become somewhat decayed and overgrown.

Waiting for the Sunrise I made this shot down from the Hochrindl, Carinthia. The clouds where approximately in the hight of 1561m. In the background you can see the mountain range Karawanken. It’s the natural border between Slovenia and Austria. / The picture is a HDRi out of four images. Nothing special, but I want to share it with you. This was a great day. Got up at 4 o’clock. Arived at the bottom of the “mountain” at half past 5 (it’s freezing cold in winter at this time). The first thing I saw were two falling stars and the most beautiful night sky I have ever seen. The climb was hard. Too early for me and I was lazy the last months. / I got on the peak at 7 o’clock and I had to wait till sunrise. What a feeling. In front of you the sky gets brighter and in your back you can still see the stars. While I waited I have drunk tea and took some shots. This is one of them. Playing with your food can be very enjoyable. I highly recommend it. Fruit and veggies are mother natures mysteries and, hopefully, i captured a bit of that.
It’s true that you can find inspiration almost everywhere. I found these in dollar store along with a couple of foam whiteboards. I shot this with natural light using the whiteboards to direct some of it for dramatic effect. Featured in Domestic Art – Home Is Where the Art Is
Everytime i walk into a dollar store, i find something inspirational. For a few bucks i have a new composition to play with.
