I followed and took several different shots. I took these at dusk up our mountain. I love silhouette’s, and you have to get them quick once the sun is gone. Best to use just the dusk colors. I am so happy I did this, because we had to sell the bike. Maybe someday again if age doesn’t stop us, right now the economy hardship and being on the road with the truck, we decided to sell it to someone who would and could use it. Prisma colored pencils. One of the pieces i did for the vegan restaurant on the river, Guerneville, Ca. A lot of Hell’s Angels live there, or drive through there, so i thought a Hell’s Angel Dog on a Harley might bring them into the restaurant. The restaurant went out of business b4 i got a chance to find out

We worked every day, Sunday included, until at least ten o’clock at night. I remember it was an event when we quit work on Christmas night at eight o’clock to attend a family reunion. ~ Walter Davidson, one of the founders of Harley-Davidson. Tim let me hop off the back and shoot this one evening. I couldn’t resist the combination of light and shadows, and the railroad track disappearing over the horizon.*
