I followed and took several different shots. I took these at dusk up our mountain. I love silhouette’s, and you have to get them quick once the sun is gone. Best to use just the dusk colors. I am so happy I did this, because we had to sell the bike. Maybe someday again if age doesn’t stop us, right now the economy hardship and being on the road with the truck, we decided to sell it to someone who would and could use it. I went along to the Ace Café one evening to see what I could see. The venue has a wonderful history and is a fully refurbished café cum restaurant all kitted out in 50’s style. Car and bike enthusiasts of all types meet there regularly. /

Harley is a Golden Retriever/Austrian Shepard mix, that my sister and I rescured going on two years ago. He was an older dog, but they need a home also. We worked every day, Sunday included, until at least ten o’clock at night. I remember it was an event when we quit work on Christmas night at eight o’clock to attend a family reunion. ~ Walter Davidson, one of the founders of Harley-Davidson. Tim let me hop off the back and shoot this one evening. I couldn’t resist the combination of light and shadows, and the railroad track disappearing over the horizon.*

This is my wonderful boy Harley. He is a golden retriever/austrian shepard mix, and I think a little chow. My sister and I adopted him 2 yrs ago when he was six. He just had a home for maybe 1 1/2 yrs, otherwise he was in a shelter. Seems like everyone, thought their home was not where Harley was suppose to be. Everyone agrees now he is home at last, with Lynn and I. All I know Harely and Julie our other adopted dog, make our lives complete. / This was taken with a Canon Rebel XT
