  • My pooch and i laying around the the hammock, grape vines all around us.

  • This photograph was taken on the Pacific coastline of Panama at around noon. This is typical of the beaches in the summer in Panama. The beaches go for mile after mile with very few people during the weekdays. A lovely country with fantastic people whether you are on the beaches or in the mountains. From this location one can be deep in the mountains in just forty-five minutes.

  • Scanned picture taken with my Nikon 8008. Taken at Cherry Mills Lodge in Dushore, PA.

  • This was taken from our cottage bathroom window in Hana. It looked right into the sun room, and besides me being “fresh meat ” for the mosquitoes… this was a nice place to stay :)

  • my lovely sister.

  • my lovely sister.

  • This is my cousin Erica… She lives in Puerto Rico, where hammocks are part of daily life. Erica was visiting her aunt (my mom) and made her way to the hammock, and I followed after… Erica is very witty. “As is”

  • Went with a friend, back to one of my favorite places to shoot, and captured this shot of a hammock with this covered bridge as a backdrop. Nikon D80, 17-55 lens, 1/1600, f/3.2, @26mm, ISO 400

  • It was a foggy morning at Pleasant Lake. A hammock sits idle … and forgotten. Photoshop CS4 & Textures added

  • I don’t know if I have seen as beautiful a scene from a hammock than this. This was taken in Stanley Idaho looking out at a storm rolling in across the Sawtooth mountain range. This picture was taken using a hand held Pentax K200 D. Aperture: F/6.7; Shutter: 1/250; ISO: 100 I used a red and partial Green Filter to enhance the detail within the sky. I also found that i had to straighten the photo, so the mountains in the background appeared level within the picture. Originally the shot was level with the foreground, which was causing the picture to look off balance.
