This image was from back towards the mirror lake area. I wanted to capture Half Dome in a snowy scene and the meadows from where I would normally shoot were fenced off to protect them. I am not sure about the name of this creek, I think it is Tenaya creek. It was worth the hike back. /

This Image was captured in the meadow just accross from the entrance to the trail for Yosemite Falls. Usually there are quite a few deer grazing in this meadow at spring time. They are unfazed by people. To see this reflection you have to get pretty low to the surface of the water! /
