This artwork was originally a painting i created, 75×100cm, although she had light brown hair and was no where near as smoky as this little hussybag!!! I jazzed up her photo in photoshop and she came out like this. One of my favourite pieces of artwork i’ve ever created, although i do wish i painted her like this in the first place, just so she could hang on my wall and remind me that i really do love to paint.
On Zazzle / on DeviantART Strongly inspired by Kagerou ... all the flowy red and orange hair, and a bit of Van Gogh’s Starry Night as well, for the background. A fierce and free magechild, who commands the fire of the night and moves through their own imagination at will… / Basically, controls the realm of dreams. / (also, Kagerou is possibly maybe initially believed to be a crazy-dream-journey) ArtRage 2.5 and graphics tablet

Sometimes the best photos come without preparation, on the first tryout. Although a couple of descent ones followed, not one of them had impact of this kind. / —-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-——- / “Splash” is featured in the group – Natural color and light (08.03.2009) / “Splash” is featured in the group – You’re Accepted (15.06.2009) / “Splash” is featured in the group – Weekly Theme Challenges (23.06.2009) / “Splash” is featured in the top then of the Weekly Theme Challenges – Your Favorite Summer Scene

Watercolour on 180g pitted drawing paper. The original is deep red, orange and yellow – the scan darkened the red, but I like it like this. The model is from my scrapbook, probably a make-up or perfume advert. It’s a bit of a counterpart to Slipping through my fingers ...
18×24 acrylic on canvas I painted this one for The Divine Feminine’s challenge “Loving Ladies”. This is my favorite goddess of Love, Lakshmi. This is not your traditional painting of Lakshmi, for instance, I didn’t give her 4 arms. But I think it captures her beauty and femininity. Lakshmi is also the goddess of beauty and wealth. She is kind of like the goddess of the law of attraction. In truth, Lakshmi teaches us to accept our beauty and to find true happiness in the realization of the abundance of our soul.
