  • I’m entering this Photo into the Musical Photography competition. It was taken in a place called the Polish jester in Warburton a couple of years ago and I think she was singing Led Zeppellin’s ‘That’s the Way” which, to me, really suits the image as she has that real Robert Plant mane of hair and I can just visualize her singing it. Anyway, what a boozy night this one turned out to be and thankfully, one i captured. Verse from “Thats the way” by Led Zeppellin (One of my Fav Zep tracks) “I don’t know what to say about it, / When all you ears have turned away, / But now’s the time to look and look again at what you see, / Is that the way it ought to stay? “

  • This is the 4th of the Photoshop series being worked on. Because this piece is being added to the Bordom Competition i am required to explain what this art depicts. This image is to represents how music (particularly singing in this case) can be an outlet, a freedom from, or an escape from the rest of the world (represented by the clock). our world is ruled by time and music can release you from it (shown by the crows flying over the clock). So i hope that helps anyone who was wondering what this meant, thanks for checking out this piece and the rest. Andrew please leave your tips and comments Worktime: 11 hours / Layers: 15

  • This is my first proper attempt at a Vector portrait. It took quite a lot of patience and hundreds of layers overall, but like i say it is my first attempt so just let me know what you think. The subject i chose for this vector art is someone that i am a great fan of- / Dave Matthews (of the Dave Matthews Band). He is one of my favorite musicians so i knew that I would probably be able to spend a lot more time on it and finish it…and be less likely to throw my laptop across the room :)
