I got bored this afternoon. I’m not familiar at all with this style but I don’t mind how it turned out considering.

This is a favorite of mine. It was captured while I was photographing the NTTA. I got many good shots that day, but really like this one, and not sure why. I think its witnessing the cycles of life for a sunflower. All at the same time, one is passing, another is maturing, while new life developes as well.

The old homestead could use a little help, as you can see there is holes in the roof, and the porch has fallen, Hell there even buzzards waiting me out! Built by the guild of Cutlers in 1390, this magnificent building is the centrepiece of the chocolate box village of Thaxted. Used as the head quarters of the guild, the open plan ground floor was designed as meeting and trading point for the village, whilst the upstairs provided private office and residential space for the warden. In 1556 the decline of the cutlery industry in the area saw the guildhall sold and fall into disrepair. In the seventeenth Century the building was used as the local grammar school, and continued until 1878 in this role. The twentieth Century saw the building bought by Essex County Council and has since housed the parish council and primarily been used for local community events, fetes, antiques fairs and craft exhibitions.

He named it, what can I say… / Tried various shots of this guitar but it is so shiny that it was difficult not to get / reflections on the body. It’s well used and loved and has made great music for my ears as well as others.

Experiment in Candlelight and shadow. My first work using Adobe Lightroom. I adjusted the tone to have an antiqued lighting, and also used a few other tools to improve the overall appearance and mood. It came out so well, I made series, titled “Assassins’ Guild”

This is of my windmill pictures, it is one of my favorites because of its character. This is looking towards the east. The dog was staying near the old farmhouse, and let me get a better picture. I did stay in my car, but still got a lot closer than before, and maybe a better angle!

Meet the International Fellowship of Royal Privateers or IFRP the owners of that fabulous motto. These scurvy Sea Dogs and Bitches can be easily identified by their salty demeanors, slightly swaying mode of perambulation and ceaseless preoccupation with the coveting of “booty”. Privateers are one step short of Pirates, as they have managed to petition and receive from the ruling monarchy a license (called a “Letter of Marque”) that basically allows them to plunder the goods of others and not get their necks stretched on the gibbet, just so long as those others are identified as “enemies of the Crown”. If a particular crew’s Captain is not presently with them, they have no direct management aside from vague directives presented by their Council of Captains and the mysterious Admiralty Office. They tend to look rather disreputable, but live by a strict code of ethics and can be trusted to a limited degree. While ashore, they tend to be rather spirited and eager to carouse with the best of you, albeit you may have to learn some sea chanteys and develop a taste for grog to better fit in. Eye patch, parrot and peg-leg are not necessary, though one or all may earn you brownie points for trying. And try not to take offense when one addresses you with “Yo ho!”: it’s just a friendly expression. So, Keelhaul Ass and sign the book, laddies and lassies! There’s booty to, ahem, REDISTRIBUTE and shore leaves to plan! Don’t let your ship of fools sail without you. these 3 are the leaders of kid posse. there’s ellyn true-shot, the kid, and bazooka billy… best friends til death, and even beyond for one of them. bazooka billy died in an ambush on kalandria IV… the kid posse was attempting to give ellyn’s older sister, 3-gun sally, some help… but it all went wrong when garmigan the blueman showed up. even though garmigan lost his legs, he escaped when bazooka billy was gunned down. now billy’s been resurrected in the body of a robot, thanks to some mysterious benefactor… the kid posse is in action again, but for how long this time? where does bazooka billy go at nights?? and what dark secrets lie buried deep within his programming?!? super powers: / ellyn: telekenesis, true-shot, ?? the kid:quick-draw, super speed, ?? bazooka billy: night vision, heat-seeking bazooka, ??
