Glen Hansard the recent Oscar winner shared with his duet partner Markéta Irglová for Best Original Song in a Feature Film for “Falling Slowly” from the flick, “Once” shot as he said on two handycams. / Busking since the age of 13 Hansard and The Frames had been Irelands best known undiscovered band, even though they had and have a worldwide fan base. The battle between the big GT Ford & the smaller GTR Torana. / I think the inside front wheel on the Torana has reached the end of it’s suspension. My first time photographing at the car races. / I wasn’t sure of what settings to use for this so, with 348 shots, at different camera settings, many ending up on the ‘cutting room floor’, I have some that I can show to you. / The lighting changed from sunlight to cloudy off & on during the day. When it was cloudy the photos were a little dark, so perhaps I should have changed the ISO or the EV?? / I’ll put the exif info. Anyone who wishes to give advice on this type of photography. British designed and built, 990 Kg, 534bhp Chevrolet Small Block 6.3 litre V8 engined supercar with a Porche G50 5 speed transaxle gearbox… If reading the above made you go “oooooh…” then you might be interested in this website as it’s full of other words like that and some rather nice pictures & videos.
